The project will be located in the Adobar region of Gujarat and is scheduled to be commissioned in June. It is the utility's third contract with Suzlon, which will supply 12 of its S82 1.5MW turbines.
In March, Suzlon won a deal from the company to construct and maintain a 52MW wind farm in the Rajkot and Porbandar districts of the state.
Suzlon will supply 35 units of its S82-1.5MW wind turbine for the wind farm, with the project due to be completed by 2010. Under a power purchase agreement the electricity will be purchased by utility Gujurat Urja Vikas Nigam.
