It expects to receive all necessary licenses for the EUR155 million project by the end of the year. German lender Deutsche Bank owns a 10% stake in Preneal Internacional through its investment banking unit. Deutsche Bank also has a joint venture with Alpha Grissin. That joint venture has submitted six applications for wind farms totalling 150 MW in Peloponnesus, Greece.
Wind wire: Concession agreement
A consortium comprising Spanish firm Preneal Internacional (60%) and Greece's Alpha Grissin Power (40%) has secured a 30-year land concession agreement for a planned 111 MW wind farm in the region of Karnobat in central Bulgaria.
