Windpower Monthly annual article index

The special August issue of Windpower Monthly provides a succinct overview of all the important business and economic developments in the global wind power market over the past 12 months. Not only is the Annual Article Index an invaluable tool for finding specific articles in your pile of back issues, it is also a handy work of reference of what happened when in a period of considerable market turbulence. Pages 21-76

On the down side, wind power purchase contracts awarded under Brazil's brand new support program look to be in trouble (page 6) -- and there is still no news to report on when wind's federal production tax credit will return in the US.
