The flow of news has not dried up entirely in the summer vacation season. Good tidings emerged from both Australia and Canada, markets of increasing promise for rapid growth (pages 6 & 8), while in Britain all three political parties pledged to retain the Renewables Obligation, whatever the outcome of the coming general election (page 18). Not only is the Annual Article Index an invaluable tool for finding specific articles in your pile of back issues, it is also a handy work of reference of what happened when in a period of considerable market turbulence.
