Scooby-Doo, Tweety and The Wizard of Oz are going green. Commonwealth Energy has signed up Time Warner Communications for green electricity. Commonwealth says it is servicing about 175 accounts for Time-Warner in California. Time-Warner operates cable networks, publishing, filmed entertainment -- including the classic Warner Bros cartoons and well-known old movies with stars such as Bette Davis and Errol Flynn -- as well as music and cable systems. Commonwealth has more than 80,000 of the nearly 200,000 customers who have switched to an alternative supplier in California since the market opened to competition.
