Secretary of State for Wales William Hague paid a flying visit to three Welsh wind farms in May, courtesy of the British Wind Energy Association (BWEA). The minister was taken by helicopter to Bryn Titli, Cemmaes and Llandinam on his first ever visit to a wind power project. Weather conditions, however, were far from perfect in the eyes of the organisers; the sun shone but the wind resolutely refused to blow.
