Enercon turnkey project

Portugal's first private wind farm is to consist of Enercon turbines, reports the German company. In a turnkey project, Enercon will supply 20, 500 kW E40 machines. Installation will begin this year at a site near Vila Lobos, adjacent to an existing Enernova station of Vestas turbines. The operator company is Parque Eolico da Serra das Meadas, a subsidiary of the Portuguese company Enersis of Lisbon, which is financing the project with the help of state aid.
