Marubeni 4.5 MW project up

Trading company Marubeni Corp is planning a 26 MW wind farm in the southern Kagoshima prefecture between the towns of Nejime and Sato. Marubeni Power System has just completed a wind farm of six 750 kW NEG Micon turbines in Shimamakimura on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido. It is the biggest project for NEG Micon in Japan so far, although the company has delivered around 70 turbines for many single turbine or smaller scale projects with a total capacity of around 33 MW. The wind farm is called Hamanasu Windpower Farm.
