Wind World reports a pre-tax profit of DKK 28 million for fiscal year 1994-95, double that of the previous year. A growth in exports, which make up 90% of the company's sales, is behind the improved earnings. Sweden and India in particular are good markets for Wind World. The company also reports it will be shipping 500 turbines to India over the next five years. The firm, located in the thinly populated far north of Denmark, is an important local employer, with 120 workers.
