Former managing director of National Wind Power (NWP), David Lindley, stepped down from his post earlier this year when one of National Wind Power's parent companies -- National Power PLC -- took over full control of the wind energy developer. National Power bought out Taylor Woodrow's 25% stake in the business. In February NWP said Lindley would resume his position after completing a special project for National Power. The company now confirms that he will not be returning. Meanwhile National Power has filled the two top posts in NWP with its own men. Rod Jackson is chairman, and National Power's former financial controller, John Gaca, is confirmed as managing director. Lindley joined National Wind Power at its inception having formerly worked for the Taylor Woodrow construction group, with which he is no longer connected. He now says he is concentrating on developing some ideas for the future.
