NATIONAL WIND ATLAS PROPOSED
An argument in favour of creating a National Wind Atlas for Canada was presented at the CanWEA conference by Robert Morris and John Walmsley, both of Environment Canada's Atmospheric Environment Service. The creation of such an atlas was supported by the CanWEA board, Jim Salmon of Zephyr North, and others.
