"The biggest wind news in Texas in April was that the Vestas/Zilkha/Cielo cyclists had a tailwind at the MS 150 charity bike ride," quips Walt Hornaday of Texas project developer Cielo Wind, who was among those taking part in the non-competitive charity bike tour from Houston last month to raise funds for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
