Correction: Gremlin's struck during the final stages of production of the June issue of Windpower Monthly, leaving readers with the impression that Australia may have quietly signed up to the Kyoto Protocol overnight. The mistake was ours. The intention was to report that it was the Austrian government, not the Australian government, buying carbon emission reduction units from Roaring 40s' 49.3 MW Shuangliao wind farm in China's Jilin province. We regret the error. Subsequently it has transpired, however, that the CDM credits went to an unspecified private buyer, says Roaring 40s, which declines to elaborate. Ed.
