NEW TURBINES CERTIFIED IN SWEDEN
1 September 1995
Three new wind turbines have been certified for use in Sweden: the Vestas V42/600 and the Micon 600 from Denmark and the Enercon E-40 from Germany. One Vestas V42 will be erected on the island of Brommö in lake Vänern. A Micon 600 will go up close to Gothenburg and several Enercon E-40 are due for installation in Skåne in the south of Sweden and on Gotland. Danish company Wind World's new 250 kW is due to be certified later this year.
