DOE chat room for radar and wind

The US Department of Energy (DOE) wants critics to weigh in on a new web site which attempts to tackle the ongoing issues related to radar and wind turbine siting. "We've tried to tally up the different activities of the different agencies involved," DOE's Phil Dougherty told delegates at this year's American wind show. "It's first generation and it's not perfect. But we've tried to develop a place where people can go to get insight. We'd like to think this thing can grow as we develop other products. And we'd like your feedback." The web site is found at
