Troubled Ventis Energietechnik of Braunschweig is continuing negotiations with potential financial partners which it hopes will be successfully concluded before too long. Meantime a request has been lodged by Pogge of Gelsenkirchen for a sequester of Ventis. The courts are looking into the request. Pogge was to have been responsible for the assembly of the new Ventis 500 kW turbine, but the company's fortunes have changed and it wishes to sell or, failing that, file for bankruptcy. According to Pogge, Ventis is in its debt. Ventis, however, claims it has financial demands on Pogge.
