Corporate green power image boosting with wind

Danish wind energy developer Dansk Vindkraft Enterprise (DVE) reports that businesses in Denmark are becoming increasingly interested in promoting themselves as "CO2-free" and are thus buying wind turbines to help their image. In a recent DKK 250 million deal, DVE ordered 56 units from Danish Vestas. DVE's Gert Jensen expects that possibly all of the customers for the turbines will be single enterprises. Sixteen of the units have already been sold to four companies on the island of Funen.
