Joint French-Canadian 12 MW plant completed in Somme department

Canadian energy giant Boralex and French developer InnoVent recently completed their 12 MW Nibas wind farm in the Somme department of northern France. The installation consists of six Enercon 2 MW turbines and is owned and operated by SAS Ferme Eolienne de Nibas, a joint-venture between Boralex (95%) and InnoVent (5%). The two previously cooperated on the Chépy plant and are working on a 12 MW plant at Saucourt.
