The Quebec firm which has led the rescue of two 50 MW projects on the Gaspe Peninsula and a 6 MW wind diesel project on the Magdalen Islands following the bankruptcy of Kenetech Windpower says it will also be developing a third wind plant. Richard Legault of the firm, 3Ci, says the new wind project will be built at an undisclosed location in Ontario. Some 50 3Ci employees and consultants, many of them former Kenetech employees, are at work on the 3Ci projects.
