LM Glasfiber assumes full ownership of Indian division

LM Glasfiber A/S has taken over its Indian unit LM Glasfiber (India) by acquiring the 49% stake owned by IFU (Industrial Fund for Developing Countries) and NEPC India. Nirmal Kumar Gupta has been appointed chief executive officer.
