Wind projects at risk amid military's radar concerns

Norwegian military officials are reported to be so concerned at the possible disruptive effects on radar operations of wind power projects in the Arctic provinces of Finnmark and Troms that the issue has been referred to the defence ministry and high command. Local authorities and wind developers fear that half a dozen separate wind projects worth up to NOK 2 billion could be at risk.
