Correction on co-fired plant earning ROCs

CORRECTION: The article, The Market Value of Green Power (Windpower Monthly, October 2002), incorrectly stated that between 2006 and 2011, co-fired plant will earn ROCs if biomass accounts for 75% of the total output. It should have read: co-fired plant will be able to earn ROCs if 75% of the biomass element is from energy crops. We regret the error. Ed.
