Germany and Denmark co-operate on environmental impact of offshore wind

German and Danish environment ministries have concluded an agreement to strengthen their joint efforts in offshore wind energy research in the North and Baltic seas. The two countries will exchange more information on environmental effects of offshore wind use. German researchers will be able to carry out research projects at existing Danish offshore stations "to close gaps in knowledge."
