Big property group diversifies into wind power

Italian property group Uni Land has set up a wholly owned subsidiary called Uni Wind to develop wind farm projects in Italy. The company says it hopes to add value to some of its existing and future property sites by placing wind farms on them. Preliminary environmental impact assessments have been presented for some potential projects in southern Italy and the central Italian region of Lazio, says Uni Land. It provides no further details.
