Enercon to supply turbines to one of country's largest wind farms

Germany's Enercon is to supply the turbines for what will be one of Japan's largest wind farms. Construction of the 65 MW project, being developed by Japanese company J-Power, has already started in Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture. Enercon will supply 32, 2 MW machines and one 1.98 MW model for the project, which is due to come online in December 2006.
