Mexico's energy minister calls on developers to turn to renewables

Mexico's energy secretary Ernesto Martens has called on power developers in the country to turn to renewable sources and above all wind power to ensure Mexico has ready supplies of quality, low cost energy in the future. Speaking at an engineers' national conference, he called on delegates to develop the necessary technology to cash in on the country's wind resources.
