Wind under spotlight as Kim Jong II visits wind plant built by army

North Korea seems to be following the world trend towards developing wind energy. Kim Jong II, the country's reclusive leader, recently visited a wind power plant built by North Korea's Army's Unit 614 in conjunction with scientists and technicians from Kim Chaek University of Technology, according to the official Korean Central News Agency.
