The German manufacturer of the Danish Bonus design, AN Maschinenbau und Umweltschutzanlagen, is to cease production in Bremen over the winter in an efficiency drive. All 60 employees will keep their jobs. "We will decide by the end of March 1997 whether to resume manufacture in new, more modern premises," says AN's Norbert Giese. An option is for the company to retain marketing, maintenance and installation of machines supplied from Bonus in Denmark.
