Proposals must be received by November 17 for this year's cycle of the International Energy Fund by the California Energy Commission (CEC). Up to $250,000 will be available, with awards of up to $25,000 per project, says the CEC. The fund was created to help companies perform pre-construction activities that lead to exporting technology or services for power plant and energy related installations in foreign countries. Activities might include market analyses, feasibility studies, resource assessments, site analyses, bid and/or proposal development, and establishing technology transfer agreements.
