One of the first orders for wind turbines under the current "100 MW agreement" between the Danish government and utility sector has gone to Vestas. Utility Vestkraft has ordered 13, 500 kW turbines to be erected at Fjaldene in west Jutland before the end of the year. The site also has room for a further four to six wind turbines which could be developed by private investors.
