VATTENFALL PLANS 20 TURBINES

State owned utility Vattenfall is planning to invest SEK 100 million in construction of 20 wind turbines in southern Sweden in 1995. But most of these projects are at risk of being delayed because the wind energy subsidy programme has run out of money (see story page 16).
