New science park with wind

China's first energy science park, now under construction in Shandong Province, features wind energy prominently. The wind and solar museums, two of eight museums in total, are expected to be completed by the end of the year at a cost of CNY 4 million ($482,000). The overall park, in Jinan in the official Yintan tourist area in Rushan City in the east part of the country, will also include sections on geothermal energy, hydrogen and scientific and technology transfer. History, basic theory and applications of the various energy technologies will be explained.
