This year's Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA) trade show, with 8472 square meters of exhibition space and 204 exhibitors, was the biggest ever. Combined with the record 2000 delegates, the event is getting big enough to have a shrinking list of options for where to go next. There are now only three conference centres in Canada large enough to accommodate the CanWEA conference: Toronto, the site of next year's gathering; Montreal and Vancouver, this year's host town for the October event.
