Siemens Gamesa sold ‘insufficiently tested’ wind turbines – CEO

Siemens Gamesa CEO Jochen Eickholt admitted that the manufacturer had sold “insufficiently tested” turbines to customers as the company battles to fix technical failures in its onshore fleet.
