Rhode Island regulator halts review of transmission line for 1.2GW SouthCoast Wind project

State energy regulators in the US state of Rhode Island have halted a review of the proposed Sakonnet River transmission line until the developer of the offshore wind farm it would connect to has secured new power purchase agreements (PPAs).
