Vattenfall shelves 1.3GW Norfolk Boreas offshore project amid spiralling costs

Swedish developer Vattenfall has announced that it will stop work on its 1.3GW Norfolk Boreas offshore wind project in UK waters, citing soaring costs and inflation.
