Siemens Gamesa to divest stake in wind foundation and tower maker Windar

Siemens Gamesa has agreed to sell its 32% stake in Spanish wind turbine foundation and tower manufacturer Windar in order to focus on its core business. It will sell the stake to UK private equity firm Bridgepoint.
