Jera and NTT sign ‘$2bn deal’ for Pattern’s Japanese renewables assets

Japan’s biggest power group, Jera, and NTT Anode Energy have signed a deal to buy a Japanese renewable energy business and assets owned by US developer Pattern Energy in a deal reportedly worth JPY 300 billion ($2.2 billion).
