OX2 has received permission from the Swedish Government, to build the 400MW northern part of the Galatea-Galene project off Sweden’s west coast.
The entire Galatea-Galene development could provide 1.7GW. OX2 is also developing two further Swedish offshore projects: the 1.7GW Triton and 5.5GW Aurora. Last year, it sold 49% stakes in the three projects to Ingka Investments.
