Netherlands plans tender for 'world's largest' offshore wind-powered green hydrogen plant

The Netherlands plans to tender 500MW of electrolysis production capacity powered by a 700MW offshore wind farm in the North Sea, which the government claims will be the "world's largest offshore hydrogen production" project.
