RWE expands US renewables footprint with multi-billion dollar Con Edison deal

RWE has formed a new US business unit after closing a €6.8 billion deal for utility Con Edison’s clean energy operations. The deal also boosts RWE's US wind and solar portfolio and means it is now active in more states.
