Odfjell Oceanwind targets 15MW turbines with new floating offshore wind platform

Norwegian engineering firm Odfjell Oceanwind has unveiled a new floating offshore wind platform concept that it claims could support the 15MW turbines expected to be in operation from the middle of the decade.
