Germany eyes 'full speed' energy transition with plan to accelerate wind permitting

The German cabinet has approved proposals from energy minister Robert Habeck to speed up permitting for wind farms, solar parks, heat pumps and grid infrastructure, and will now pass these on to the Bundestag.
