Shell and Eneco win Dutch zero-subsidy offshore wind tender

A joint venture of oil major Shell and Dutch energy firm Eneco has secured the rights to develop the 760MW Hollandse Kust West VI project with a successful bid in the Netherlands’ latest zero-subsidy offshore wind tender.
