Nordex has received a roughly 100MW order to supply Finnish investor Exilion with 17 of its N163/5.X turbines for two wind farms in northern Finland.
The German manufacturer will install five turbines at the roughly 30MW Isokangas project and 12 at the roughly 70MW Palokangas project. It will also service the wind farms for 30 years.
The turbines will be suited for operation in cold climates.
Both wind farms are in the municipality of Ii.
Delivery and installation for both wind farms is expected in spring 2024.
