Norwegian utility buys into Cloudberry offshore wind arm

Cloudberry has agreed to sell 50% of Cloudberry Offshore Wind to Norwegian utility Hafslund. 

The two companies will form a 50:50 joint venture.

Cloudberry Offshore Wind indirectly owns the 100MW Stenkalles Grund project. 

It is being developed at a site in Vänern, Sweden’s largest lake. 

The transaction is expected to close in September 2022.
