They will each provide 6.2MW.
The order takes SGRE’s Brazilian order backlog for its 5.X platform to more than 1.2GW, while global orders for the 5.X platform – launched in April 2019 – now exceed 2.2GW.
Santo Agostinho’s turbines will be manufactured in Camacari, Bahia and installed at the project site in Rio Grande do Norte.
