Offshore wind has seen dramatic growth in recent years – and will continue to be a critical part of the energy mix for decades to come.

Lloyd’s Register specialises in solving complex problems for offshore wind investors, developers and operators of fixed and floating wind farms. With the company’s broad range of expertise, it can reduce technical, operational and commercial risks while enhancing asset performance.

We’re lucky that Lloyd’s Register has offices around the world. Specifically, at the moment we’re working on projects in the UK, Europe, the US, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Australia,” says David Pullinger, Technical Lead, Energy Resource Service Team, Lloyd's Register.

“I particularly enjoy working in new markets where we can use the expertise we’ve built up in traditional markets and use that to solve problems in new regions. These pose new challenges such as Typhoons and hurricanes when working in Asia or the US,” says Pullinger.
