It will target "to-be-built and recently operational" renewable energy projects — including onshore and offshore wind — the investors stated.
Glennmont said it would "target to-be-built and recently operational assets with stable, predictable cash yields underpinned by regulated and contracted revenues".
The fund manager has not stated what time scale this investment fund would cover or how much would be invested.
Glennmont Partners has 840MW of operational renewable energy assets, including a 245MW wind portfolio in Italy, which it refinanced in October 2017.
Glennmont raised €340m in capital during 2017 following the refinancing of its Italian portfolio and a straw-fired biomass plant in the UK.
