The project is being developed by Singapore’s AT Holdings, with SGRE undertaking the construction work under a turnkey arrangement. It is scheduled for commissioning by February 2019.
The low-wind turbines will have a hub height of 106 metres.
"We are delighted to partner with SGRE for our latest wind project, which takes our SGRE fleet close to 500MW, and our overall renewable portfolio close to 1GW," said Suhir Nunes, Orange Renewables’s wind CEO.
