JDR will design and manufacture 155km of array cables from its factory in Hartlepool for delivery in early 2019.
It is providing a cable management system at each turbine that allows for a 66kV topside connection to switchgear cables.
"It’s fantastic to see that 66kV cable technology will be deployed on a large-scale project to further reduce the cost of offshore wind," said JDR CTO James Young.
The East Anglia One project, located 43km off England’s eastern coast, is scheduled to be fully operational in 2020.
